We maintain our own database of multifamily comparables, and our research team updates and adds to our portfolio with every project; the number of units surveyed totals the hundreds of thousands.

For a traditional market study, our analysts follow the detailed National Council of Housing Market Analyst® (NCHMA) standards unless otherwise specified by the agency or entity receiving the report. Analysts develop the PMA (primary market area), determine the comparables, conduct fieldwork, assemble comprehensive research on economi/civic/ business trends, and determine demographic data. They analyze capture rates (need-based and demand-based), occupancy rates, penetration rates, and other trends that influence housing options to provide clarity and answers to our client's questions.
