Jill Terlep

Certified Market Analyst | Special Projects Consultant

Jill is a National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA) certified market analyst and a special projects consultant for MMA. She is the co-author of the Analysis of Age-Restricted Housing Supply and Demand for the State of Indiana, contributing as primary designer for the study and author of the Owner-Occupied Housing Analysis. Jill is author of the standalone report Analysis of Age-Restricted Housing Supply and Demand, Aging in Place: Indiana Survey. 

Working with MMA since 2017, Jill provided the developmental and technical review for over 275 completed market studies and proposals before moving into the role of head editor. Over the years, Jill has conducted over 250 interviews with local entities and contributed narrative content to a wide range of projects. Her primary focus is local perspective and economic impact.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University.  She has collaborated as author on two educational resource books published by an imprint of ABC-CLIO/Greenwood, formerly Harcourt.
