Certified Market Analyst | Lead Developmental Editor

Jill is a National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA) certified market analyst and MMA's head developmental editor with over six years’ experience at MMA. Prior to becoming a market analyst, Jill provided the developmental and technical edit for over 275 completed market studies, reviewing projects for content and analysis.  

Along with her responsibilities as an analyst and editor, Jill is the co-author and project manager for the Analysis of Age-Restricted Housing Supply and Demand for the State of Indiana (2023-2024). Additionally, she conducts interviews with local entities and contributes narrative content  to select projects with a primary focus on economic impacts.  Jill anchors our Michigan office.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University.  She has collaborated as author on two educational resource books published by an imprint of ABC-CLIO/Greenwood, formerly Houghton-Mifflin | Harcourt.
