Senior Developmental Editor | Senior Planning Analyst

Merran is MMA's Senior Planning Analyst, with a focus on determining planning and pipeline supply through extensive research, interviews, and analysis. In her five years with MMA, Merran has interviewed over 1,500 local entities throughout the United States for studies that range from statewide to site-specific. 

Merran is a former substantive editor, conducting the review for over 150 market studies. She has an extensive background with non-profit organizations and experience in the commercial real estate appraisal industry. 

Merran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). Merran joined MMA Inc. in 2019.
